The final bouquet was a flight on the London Eye, accompanied by sunshine and blue skies, a bird’s eye view was had by all. Thanks to Mme Lawrence for organising all the details of the trip and Mr and Mrs Castaillac for chaperoning with her!

As part of this year’s IBS BOOK MONTH, several activities have been planned for students including a Reading Hour with Mrs Barber, parent of Dylan and Jackson.
Other activities planned around Book Month include the IBS Prix Littéraire Contest where students will vote for their favourite books by class as well as a writing workshop for different classes. This year’s Book Month holds a special place thanks to the creation of our new library space !
In action, in his IBS t-shirt, our own Jack Rogne participated in this weekend’s semi-marathon race in the Luberon ! After months of training (and years of running) he passed the finish line in style, with energy to boot. Next up will be the Marathon Race in 2010 !
Congratulations Jack!
IB Geography students joined Ms. O’Brien on a field trip expedition to the river La Durance in the Luberon to work on their ecological study. The investigation, part of an on-going annual project, is designed to evaluate the environmental evolution of the river over time due to erosion, pollution and other ecological influences.
