On Friday 27th January, a group of students with their teachers went to see an adaptation of Charles Dicken’s ‘David Copperfield’ at the Atrium Auditorium in Salon. The performance by ‘The English Theatre’ troupe included songs and comedy, thus making this formidable classic enjoyable to all.

Our next theatre outing will be on the 15th May to see a performance in English of ‘The Mystery of Mr Renfield and Count Dracula’ in Salon. Thanks to Mrs Lawrence for organising the outings.

Three 5ème Dutch students had their profiles published in the expatriate newspaper, NRC. The article outlined the differences in school life in the south of France compared to the Netherlands.

The weekend of the 6th to 8th of January, a group of IBS boarding students headed to the ski station, Les Orres, in the Alps for a weekend of skiing, snowboarding and sledding !

A fun weekend experience which will be offered again before Spring arrives in Provence !
