Presentation of the Extended Essay

Nathalie Chassang, IB Extended Essay Coordinator at IBS, presented this International Baccalaureate® discipline to the 1ère IB students in front of a very concentrated audience. The Extended Essay allows students to conduct personal and independent research, culminating in a 4,000 word paper. It is mandatory for all students and is one of the core components of the International Baccalaureate® (IB) Diploma Programme.
