Berlin: An Unforgettable Trip for our 3ème

Berlin: An Unforgettable Trip Filled with History, Art, and Discoveries!

Our recent school trip to Berlin was an adventure rich in emotions and discoveries for our students. From March 9th to 13th, we explored this fascinating city, blending history, culture, and fun activities.

Sunday, 9th: Immersion in the Historical Heart of Berlin

Upon arrival, we dove into the Berlin atmosphere by enjoying a delicious kebab before setting off to discover the city's iconic monuments: the majestic Brandenburg Gate, the impressive Bundestag, the poignant memorials to the genocide of the Sinti and Roma and the Holocaust, and the famous Checkpoint Charlie. To conclude this first day, we savored an authentic Bavarian dinner, complete with traditional music and local specialties like Schnitzel.

Monday, 10th: An Artistic and Creative Day

The morning began with an energetic muscle warm-up, followed by a graffiti workshop led by a street artist. Our students unleashed their creativity by creating a collective mural titled "Even this wall doesn't stop love." After a bio-friendly lunch, we explored the surprising Museum of Illusions before dining at Vapiano.

Tuesday, 11th: Between History and Entertainment

Following the morning muscle warm-up, we visited the GDR Museum, an interactive place that allowed our students to immerse themselves in daily life during East Germany. Some even had the chance to drive a Trabant! The afternoon was dedicated to shopping and bowling, followed by another dinner at Vapiano. The evening extended for football fans, who watched the PSG-Liverpool match.

Wednesday, 12th: Espionage, Thrills, and Mini-Golf

This day was marked by a visit to the Spy Museum, where our students tested the lie detector and discovered confidential information (which will stay in Berlin, of course!). After lunch at a bio market, we experienced thrills at the Berlin Dungeon, an attraction favored by the students. The day ended with a 3D mini-golf game and dinner at a restaurant.

Thursday, 13th: Picnic and Memories

Our last morning was spent enjoying a sunny picnic in the beautiful Tiergarten, a large park in the heart of Berlin. Then, it was time to head to the airport, filled with cherished memories.

This trip to Berlin was an enriching experience for our students, who discovered the history, culture, and art of this cosmopolitan city while sharing moments of conviviality and fun.
