A Spooktacular Halloween Day at IBS Of Provence: Wizards, Pumpkins, and Thrills!

The autumn air at IBS Of Provence was buzzing with a mysterious excitement this friday, november 17th. Ghosts of imagination and spirits of creativity swept through the hallways, transforming our school into an enchanting spectacle for our annual Halloween celebration!

A Parade of Fantastic Creatures, from Playgroup to Terminale

From the moment the day began, the magic was undeniable. The youngest members of our community in Playgroup and Maternelle melted hearts, dressed as chubby pumpkins, playful black kittens, and mini superheroes.

As we moved up through the grades, the costumes grew in originality and complexity. Our Primary students brought a fantastic bestiary to life, while the secondary students showcased incredible ingenuity with pop-culture references and impressive homemade creations. Even our teachers got into the spirit perfectly, providing a hilarious and impressive spectacle, proving that the Halloween spirit has no age limit!

The Great Pumpkin Hunt: An Epic Inter-House Quest

The traditional Pumpkin Hunt put teamwork and friendly competition in the spotlight. Our four Houses – Auro, Terro, Fio, and Aigo – embarked on a frantic quest across the school grounds and building.

Students had to be quick, observant, and strategic to find the precious pumpkins cunningly hidden around the campus. The cheers of joy with each discovery and the constant mutual encouragement illustrated the wonderful dynamism and solidarity that drives our students.

The Inter-House Costume Contest: Creativity Takes Center Stage

The most anticipated moment of the day was undoubtedly the Inter-House Costume Contest. Each House presented their most remarkable costumes, and the standard was exceptionally high! The jury, composed of members of the administration, had the difficult task of judging the most ingenious and creative outfits.

Originality, craftsmanship, and team spirit were rewarded. After much deliberation, the prizes were awarded.

A Day to Remember

This Halloween day was so much more than just a party. It was a wonderful moment of community, where age differences faded away behind masks and smiles. It allowed everyone to express their personality, strengthen bonds within their Houses, and create unforgettable memories.

A massive thank you to all the students for their contagious enthusiasm, to the teachers for their participation and support, and to all the staff who helped make this day so magical. The spirit of IBS Of Provence has never been stronger… or so frightfully fun!
