On Thursday, October 20th, a band of ghouls and villains overtook the school as part of the annual IBS Halloween Festivities. IB students, as part of their CAS activities, organised along with Ms Hurst, a variety of activities for the younger students including a costume contest and haunted house.

A group of IBS boarding students spent their Sunday in full combat regalia. After donning their camouflage gear, they were ready to afront their classmates in an afternoon of Paintball. The battle was all in good fun !

Now we await the winter snow to hit the Alps, so the students can get in some time skiing and snowboarding !

On Thursday, October 13th, a group of IBS Art students, along with their IB Art Teacher, Mme Schroevers, headed to Les Baux de Provence to discover the art and life of the late French artist, Arman.

From the 6th to 10th of October, a group of IBS students and their teachers headed to Bristol, England for a ’truly English experience’. Days were filled with various activities including a visit to a local British prep school, circus classes, nature hikes and cultural excursions while the evenings were spent in a cosy cabin tucked away in the countryside.
